I love this time of year, the air is crisp and cool, the leaves are starting to change and it's time to start thinking about all our favorite fall flavors ! I smell delicious Pumpkin Pie Cake and Gingersnaps baking , decadent Caramel cooling ... after a summer of baking with sweet fresh local fruit , I welcome the change of seasons and look forward to baking my fall favorites!

Let me tell you what Sweet Miss is baking this month... Pumpkin Pie Cake delicious layered pumpkin pie base , topped with homemade cake crumble and toasted pecans. If you like Pumpkin Pie you'll love this cake! Pumpkin Cinnamon Chip Muffins this will become your new favorite muffin, moist delicious pumpkin muffin filled with cinnamon chips! Apple Pie Muffins yet another delicious fall must have muffin, made with fresh local organic apples, covered with streusel topping with toasted walnuts. Gingersnaps simply delectable, dipped in chocolate. New Cranberry Apple Crisp mixing several of our fall flavors, fresh local organic apples , sweet cranberries, this perfect fall desert is topped with Sweet Miss Crazy Raisin Cranberry granola, made with fresh local honey! Cream Puffs one bite and you are hooked forever with these light and fluffy puffs, filled with homemade french vanilla cream!
German Chocolate Cake you will not find a better German chocolate cake anywhere to compare to this generational handed down recipe, and the homemade icing will knock your socks off!

In addition to the divine desserts, this month the fall Royal Icing Cookies take on some of my favorite fall shapes, Apples, Football, Bengals B's, leaves, and of course my favorite all time Holiday " HALLOWEEN" , ghost , Frankies, bats, pumpkins, black cats, witches. You name the shape I will make it. We cannot forget the Caramel Apples and Caramelious Corn made with fresh cream ! This Caramel is the freshest and best tasting you will ever have!

I also offer the popular Shadeau Breads on Saturdays at the market as well as for pick up at the Sweet Miss homestead! We always are sampling products at the markets stop by and say HELLO!
